No. We are not an Estate Agent: we are a property technology company. We simply connect consumers to sources of publicly available information across the internet. We do not get involved in the property transactions in any way. If you are looking to buy or sell a property, please visit one of the many sites listed in Property Agent Finder's search results.

The easiest way to do this is to click on the agent's web address in your search results and go to the agent's web site directly. Property Agent Finder's information is limited to the search results page.

Yes. Property Agent Finder is 100% free for consumers and we require no payment to view information or use the service.

Property Agent Finder makes money from advertising links placed on our site. We try to ensure that all advertising is relevant to your search.

Yes, our coverage is the whole of the United Kingdom and is rapidly growing to cover other popular countries.

If, for example, you wish to look for property agents in a specific area, first choose the category of agent. Next, enter the location details (area or postcode) in the search box and click the GO button to view the results which show every estate agent in your chosen area. You can then click through to any agent's website to view the services and properties on offer. All the agents in your chosen area are quickly accessed. The maps provided are useful not only for checking the agent's location, but also for viewing the area being searched, as you can track and zoom.

Agent's details can be saved to the My Agents page by clicking on the My Agents button for each result on the search page. The My Agents page can also be printed out or emailed as required. (Please note that the My Agents facility is computer specific - the information is saved only on the machine used.)

Estate Agents, Letting Agents, Property Management Agents and Surveyors and Valuers, are all listed on our site. Sometimes some or even all of these services may be offered by a particular organisation, perhaps at one location or sometimes at separate offices. This results in their services being listed under more than one category. However the best way to clarify the range of services being offered by a particular agent is to visit their website, which is a quick and easy process using Property Agent Finder.

A new service, that has just been launched, is our Local Services Directory. This facility will allow the user to browse the best local services in any specific area.
